LED Lighting in Turkey Barns
CERTs is helping turkey farmers reduce energy use by upgrading to LED lighting in their barns. Switching from high pressure sodium or incandescent lighting to LED lighting presents the greatest savings opportunity. Local and federal funding is available to help Minnesota poultry farmers move forward with on-farm lighting retrofits. CERTs is here to help you as a turkey farmer understand and apply for these funds.
LED Canopy Lighting Opportunity
CERTs is helping Minnesota service stations upgrade their canopy lighting to energy-saving LED technology. With can help reduce your canopy energy costs up to 75%, create a brighter and more attractive station, reduce your maintenance costs, and more. With CERTs you can participate in a bulk buy to get lower prices, access quality canopy lighting products, and reduce upgrade costs further with utility rebates.

Recycle Old Holiday Lights in Minnesota
This campaign helps Minnesotans get rid of old, broken, inefficient light strands and upgrade to new, efficient LED holiday lights. CERTs is partnering once again with the Recycling Association of Minnesota (RAM) for the 2015-2016 holiday season of Recycle Your Holidays™. RAM recycles every part of the light strings—the metal wires, the plastic casing, and even the lights themselves. We provide a map of drop-off locations that accept holiday lights.
