For Regional Commercial and Residential Builders:

Tour a distinctive “Prairie Style” design house with low roof slopes and wide overhangs to eliminate hot, summer heat. See how two large solar roof panels provide domestic hot water heating and assist in the in-floor slab heating on the lower level. Explore the innovative, high-tech capabilities in the cooling and heating of the interior environment, including an air source heat pump and air-to-air heat exchanger. See how an open interior plan works with abundant natural lighting and efficient compact fluorescent and LED lighting.
