Smart Cycling 101 is an introductory course that educates riders on traffic law, strategies for dealing with traffic, how to make yourself visible, avoidance of road hazards, driving in a variety of weather conditions and use of safety equipment. Located at Transit for Livable Communities (626 Selby Ave.), St. Paul. FREE to Minneapolis, Falcon Heights and bordering communities. Limited to 8 participants, so sign up here ASAP!
