Mankato: These workshops are being offered by Otter Tail Power Company with the anticipation of a future state and utility incentive program for solar thermal systems. The two-day course is designed for participants who have a level of knowledge equivalent to that of a Master or Journeyman plumber, pipefitter, or HVAC contractor.
