The US Green Building Council Mississippi Headwaters Chapter Education Committee is pleased to bring you an opportunity to see a LEED certified building up close so that you can learn the details about the project and the process. Welsh Companies recently moved into their new headquarters building, the Baker Road Corporate Center, located in Minnetonka. As a Pre-Certified Gold Level LEED Core & Shell site, this new 100,000 square foot building is one of just three here in Minnesota to achieve this designation. The Baker Road project was a culmination of efforts that involved all the Welsh company divisions from initital concept to completion.
