Carl Samuelson

Carl Samuelson is the Metro CERT Organizer and Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator at Eureka Recycling. Carl joined Metro CERT upon the completion of Green Corps’ one year-long training fellowship in environmental organizing. Over the course of the year, Carl ran environmental campaigns in North Carolina, New York, and Minnesota. Carl also has experience organizing in the faith community in Minnesota. He has a B.S. in Political Science from St. Olaf College.
