Event Description

The KidWind Challenge is a hands-on design celebration that engages students through the lens of wind and solar energy. Student teams design, construct and test small scale wind turbines and solar structures at events all over the world.  This video and this one this will give you an idea of what can happen at an event!

The first 8 coaches that register teams will get $100 in FREE solar and wind gear to get started.  We are also planning classroom visits for teams that register.  These visits are to help teams get ready for the event and will happen in February and March.
