Organization Summary

CWT is seeking for a Head of Sustainability Products, At CWT, we put our users first. The world is always changing so we need Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect millions of travelers every day.

One of the many reasons CWT consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve business travel. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our clients and their travelers.

In this role, you'll work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will lead our company-wide approach to and investment in Sustainability product solutions for our clients - where CWT can grow its business by helping customers solve their most difficult challenges relating to Sustainability. The Sustainability Team’s mission is to unify our practices, partnerships, and products around a single mission — to foster Sustainability at scale. By organizing information about our planet, and making it actionable through technology, we help our clients design and implement sustainable travel programs.

Responsible for defining the product strategy and overall justification/ROI of the roadmap of product enhancements both tactical and strategic. Leads the development and executing on the plans necessary to support the full life-cycle management, profitability, and revenue commitment for product line. Expert understanding of the competitive environment. Working with other teams in the organization such as technology, marketing, finance, Sales and Operations/support. Able to influence senior executives on product strategy and any resource or funding requirements.

Primary Duties

Position Description

  • Integrate internal and external landscape analyses to identify the most critical opportunities to address - where we have the technologies but haven’t yet built the solutions necessary.
  • Assess current solutions versus those prioritized opportunities and customer needs. Identify where we can repurpose off-the-shelf solutions for immediate deployment for sustainability use-cases.
  • Craft an investment strategy to achieve buy-in around a small number of focused initiatives that balance short-term success with long-term strategic positioning.
  • Drive coordinated execution to productize those priority solutions.
  • Create a strategic framework for prioritizing customers and partners at a company level for engagement around sustainability solutions.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum qualifications:
    • 10+ years of product management experience with technical products.
    • Experience leading all elements of a product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.
    • Experience as lead product manager for products in one or more of the following areas: cloud, SaaS, enterprise, or complex supply chain networks.
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience driving impact in horizontal roles across business units.
    • Proficiency managing C-level executive interactions with partners and clients.
    • Experience delivering scaled enterprise solutions for sustainability-related use cases (carbon reporting, water management, sustainable sourcing, renewable energy, or related).


  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
