Primary Duties

At Otter Tail Power Company, our employees support the communities we serve by producing reliable, affordable, and environmentally responsible electricity. The Idea Center Coordinator will support the various customer service teams that provide customer financial and energy saving programs including:

  • Administer residential customer rebate information requests.
  • Supporting various Customer Service teams in keeping projects moving forward and programs well organized.
Experience

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, extremely organized and love being a part of a team.

  • There’s a lot of innovation in our industry and we want positive, can-do people who are resilient through the challenges that sometimes come with change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills as you partner with various internal teams.
  • Critical thinking, prioritization, and extremely good organizational skills in order to support the variety of needs and projects.
  • Relevant work experience in marketing, customer service and/or accounting is preferred.
