Hours will vary depending our workload. 45-50 hours/week on average.
Primary Duties
About the Role
- This team works on solar energy projects for local commercial and industrial sites here in Minnesota, helping organizations save money and be more sustainable.
- Our Electricians are responsible for leading the electrical construction at each project site. You will lead apprentices and work together with other skilled trades to deliver high-quality, high-performance projects.
- Journeymen and Master Electricians are both welcome to apply, with compensation to be based upon experience. Prior solar experience is a benefit but is not required for success.

Experience
Electrician license with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in construction. Solar installation experience preferred.
