This is a full-time position with an expected pay rate of $20-25 per hour.

All Energy Solar is seeking a full-time Lead Solar Installer to join our team. The Lead Solar Installer will lead a team of 4-5 individuals in providing an efficient and quality solar installation.
Provide training and feedback for crew members
Use power tools, ladders, digging equipment while adhering to safety guidelines
Communicate with homeowners, business owners, and management on installation progress
Problem solve to maneuver road blocks on installations
Manage cleanup of job site
Complete all required paperwork in a professional and efficient manner
PV solar experience required
Minimum of 2 years rooftop or construction experience
Thrives in a team environment
Proven ability to successfully lead a team
Resourceful and creative
Portrays a high level of professionalism
Has a positive and helpful demeanor
Comfortable climbing ladders, and working on rooftops
Experience working with hand tools and power tools
Ability to repeatedly lift 50-75lbs
Comfortable working in extreme environments (cold, heat)
Clean driving record
Valid state driver’s license
