Primary Duties

Egan Company is looking for licensed Power Limited (PLT) Technicians working out of our Rochester office. The successful candidate for this position will require the following skill sets: *Minimum 2 or more years experience in the  limited energy industry *Knowledgeable in the requirements of Certified BICSI technician, U.L. Fire Alarm Inspection & Response *Proficiency in one or more installation of low voltage systems *Fire Alarm, Security, Card Access, CCTV Systems, voice data, fiber optic and paging systems *Ability to set up, diagnose and resolve issues on low voltage systems *Proficient in the use of a PC laptop, file structure and creation with wireless connectivity to the intranet *Independent worker that is well organized and is focused on meeting project deadlines *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on high level of customer service *Ability to observe and follow safety standards as set forth by employer *Individual must possess a Minnesota PLT license *This is a union position. Applicants must either join the local 343 union or already be a union member.
