10-20 hours per week initially

Primary Duties
  • Support market research new and existing development markets 

  • Provide administrative assistant to the market research manager 

  • Conduct market research as directed, provide timely analysis for target solar markets 

  • Participate in association, coalition, and other collaborative efforts for specific markets 

  • Ask questions, raise creative ideas, learn, and share 

  • Must have completed at least 50% of coursework towards undergraduate degree or be pursuing a post graduate degree, preferably in Policy, Energy, Business, Economics, Sustainability or other closely related field 

  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future sponsorship for employment visa status 

  • Possess a 2.8 GPA or higher, preference to 3.2+ 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office: including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and their cloud components 

  • Prior policy/regulatory experience preferred 

  • Previous academic work or experience in research efforts, preference for having focused on renewable energy
