Primary Duties
- Support market research reporting in new and existing development markets
- Provide administrative assistant to the market research manager
- Conduct market research as directed, provide timely analysis for target solar markets
- Participate in association, coalition, and other collaborative efforts for specific markets
- Ask questions, raise creative ideas, learn, and share
Experience
- Must have completed at least 50% of coursework towards undergraduate degree or be pursuing a post graduate degree, preferably in Policy, Energy, Business, Economics, Sustainability or other closely related field
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States, should not require, now or in the future sponsorship for employment visa status
- Possess a 2.8 GPA or higher, preference to 3.2+
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office: including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and their cloud components
- Strong interest in policy/regulation and comfort reading/interpreting legislation & navigating utility/commission dockets, prior experience preferred
- Previous academic work or experience in research efforts, preference for having focused on renewable energy
- Candidates with diverse backgrounds and experience strongly encouraged to apply
