This is a full-time position with an expected annual salary of $50-65,000 + incentive plan

Primary Duties


All Energy Solar is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator. This person will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketing strategy and execution including, but not limited to: research, plan development, creative development, and plan execution across a variety of marketing channels. This role will focus on sales growth through marketing-driven strategies that align with the All Energy Solar company vision and mission.


• Develop, prepare, and coordinate marketing material, strategy, campaigns, and publications to align with company objectives

• Manage marketing calendar and budget

• Manage lead generation campaigns and measure results

• Align marketing efforts to brand standards and corporate identity

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications

• Work closely with design agencies on new product launches

• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives


• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or Communications

• 6+ years' experience in Marketing or Communications

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign

• Knowledgeable about HTML/CSS and web development practices, including responsive approaches

• Familiar with producing content for social media channels and other digital marketing channels

• Exceptional design skills; fluent in the latest design software

• Fluent in web and interactive design principles, as well as print and production techniques

• Advanced knowledge in skillfully operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting photo, video, audio, and lighting equipment

• UX understanding

• Strong understanding of fundamental design, sense of color, typography and composition

• Experience developing product brand identity

• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, presentation and communication skills

• Experience with colleague and client critiques, and providing rationale and alternative approaches

• Self-starter, able to work independently

• Natural sense of curiosity and willingness to experiment

• Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Must be able to work on-site in our office in Saint Paul, MN without travel restrictions

• Ability to routinely lift, carry and move equipment in excess of 40 lbs.

• Preferred industry experience includes: solar, energy, wireless, airline, banking, insurance, and/or consumer products
