The Operations and Customer Support Coordinator will play an important role, helping to ensure that, amongst other things, customers receive timely, reliable, and communicative technical support. This support will include activities such as Electric Vehicle charger on-boarding, remote testing of newly installed units and coordination of field service engineers. On the installation side, this role will include providing guidance and education on installation requirements and best practices. This might also include supporting customers when they have software (ZEFNET) related questions on set-up/control or reporting options. This individual will be responsible for directly providing or coordinating help desk support via ZEF’s ticketing system.
