The Post Review - Documentary shines a light on Chisago County solar power

A documentary surrounding the rising solar power industry debuted at Chisago Lakes High School in Lindstrom Oct. 4.

Held at the school’s performing arts center, “The Power of Minnesota” highlights Chisago County’s 100 megawatt solar installation which, according to Pam McCarthy-Kern of Clean Energy Resource Teams, is the largest installment in Minnesota —it’s enough to power 20,000 homes. Afterward, a handful of keynote speakers lectured on the subject.
