This is a full-time, exempt position with an expected annual base salary of $60,000-80,000. Expected annual commissions/incentives totaling $25,000-50,000.

Primary Duties
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets:
    • Successfully manage the sales team
      • Establish, monitor, and track individual sales objectives and performance
      • Conduct team meetings, presentations of strategies, and seminars
      • Oversee sales job approval in accordance with regional needs
    • Regularly attend internal and external events
    • Analyze regional market trends
    • Collaborate with leaders to establish and execute regional sales goals
    • Develop and execute strategic short and long term growth plans
    • Review regional expenses and recommend improvements
    • Oversee sales and special promotions
    • Participate in in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of sales team members
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with key accounts 
  • Recommend product and service opportunities and/or improvements
  • Publish, track, and evaluate trade spending
  • Participate in educational and career development opportunities
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Five + years of sales experience
  • Successful history as a Regional Sales Manager
  • High level customer service experience
  • Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with pv solar
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Post-secondary degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
