Primary Duties

Cedar Creek Energy is currently seeking an experienced Residential Solar Sales Representative. Our Sales Reps must be strong communicators, proactive, flexible, and efficient, while continually displaying the highest level of professionalism.

Our most successful Residential Sales Representatives will be critical thinkers with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively as they arise. Attention to detail is a must. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated & possess a winning attitude.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Driving and maintaining personal sales goals through a strategically developed sales plan
  • Accurate and consistent updating and management of the sales opportunity pipeline within CRM software (Zoho)
  • Building trust and rapport with prospective customers through excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable giving presentations, in person, virtually, and to large groups
  • Cultivation of your referral network as your book of business grows
  • Conducting accurate needs assessments and corresponding analysis per individual opportunity
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Ensure all project notes and information is logged and tracked within appropriate locations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other Cedar Creek divisions to ensure an efficient sale and build program per customer
  • The ability to excel and work independently in a fast paced, challenging sales environment.
Experience

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience – In-home sales or solar industry experience is a huge plus
  • Winning Attitude and enthusiasm for the solar industry, the clients objectives, and motivated by a competitive, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Extreme attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Business Casual Dress Code Required
  • 40-hour workweek minimum
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
