We are seeking qualified candidates to be part of our team in the Sebeka area. We are currently hiring for full-time seasonal equipment operators and full-time seasonal laborers to work on our drop crews to install fiber optic lines to homes.

Salary
Wages start at $17.00/hr. plus benefits (health, HSA, 401k, PTO, and Holiday pay) for full-time laborers.
Equipment operators wage is DOE, plus benefits (health, HSA, 401k, PTO, and Holiday pay) for full-time equipment operators.
Hours
All work is within 100 miles of Sebeka with no overnight travel. Average work week will be between 40-55 hours, with overtime after 40 hours.
Primary Duties
The primary responsibility is to install fiber optic lines to homes.
Experience
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license with an insurable record. Class A CDL preferred, with rate differential. Company will help willing candidates obtain CDL. Underground utility locating and directional drill locating experience a plus. Operators should have experience with the following equipment, directional drill, vibrating plow (ride on/walk behind), and mini excavator.
How to Apply
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening upon hiring. Positions will require lifting of 50#’s or more and working in all weather conditions.
