Primary Duties
  • Utility Integration – Coordinate system interconnections with electrical utilities
  • Project Financing – Manage system financing applications with various partners
  • Customer Outreach & Support – Keep customers updated on their project status and compile customer-facing reports
  • Project Support - Support the internal sales and project management teams by scheduling meetings with prospective customers, developing proposals, compiling other sales-related materials, and interfacing with customers about the projects
  • Marketing Support - Work with the company’s marketing firm to roll out new ideas, gather customer surveys and reviews
  • Solar Rebates and Incentives - Stay on top of relevant solar incentives offered throughout Minnesota
  • Events - Represent the company at solar industry or community events CCE participates in
  • 2 years of experience working in an administrative position for a company
  • Customer service, project management, and operations experience preferred
  • Solar industry experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to professionally communicate with the internal team as well as with customers and outside vendors
  • Analytical skills for reviewing spreadsheet data and translating it into proposals and other client-facing materials
