Primary Duties
Responsibilities
• Ability to work long days in the field in all variable weather conditions
• If hired, you will be working with our team of highly experienced solar installers
Experience
Experience: • Construction: 1 year (Preferred) • Solar Technicians: 1 year (Preferred)
Qualifications
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON ALL TYPES OF ROOFS
• Must be located in the Greater Twin City Metro Area and have a current and valid MN drivers license
• Ability to work safely with electrical and mechanical staff members and maintain a high level of productivity
• Interest in learning solar electrical trade
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to bend, twist, walk, lift, climb, and kneel throughout workday
• Willingness to work at heights on flat or pitched surfaces
• Ability to lift 50# repeatedly throughout work day
• Basic competence with hand and automated tools
• Ability to work with administrative and management staff to record critical information
• Strong, stable work ethic
