As a Solar Project Manager with Wolf River, you’ll be handling communication with staff and
clients, making decisions and monitoring the progress of projects to keep them on schedule. We

Hours

Schedule:
● 8 hour shift
● Day shift
● Monday to Friday
● Weekend availability

Primary Duties

Job Duties:
● Manage and direct solar project pipeline
● Coordinate communications with contractors
● Manage distribution channels
● Create long and short term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to
deadlines
● Delegate tasks on the project to contributors best positioned to complete them
● Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for progressing in a project
● Serving as a point of contact for teams to ensure team actions remain on task
● Performing quality control checks on the project throughout the development to maintain
standards
● Maintain official project log and documentation files
● Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required
● Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary
● Ability to work with a team in a fast paced environment
● Desire for continual growth and learning opportunities
● Ability to handle high stress situations
● Scheduling site surveys for solar projects
● Ability to work remotely, while staying focused on tasks

Experience

Requirements:
● Commitment to Company values and complies with Company norms, policies, directives, and
procedures.
● Satisfies work schedule requirements.
● Remote work experience
● Solar experience is preferred, but not required
● Minimum 18 years of age
● Some college education is preferred, but not required
● Proficiency in using google sheets/docs/slides
● Willingness to learn, listen, and teach
● Comfortable working in a high stress environment
