Duct Performance Research Project

Center for Energy and Environment is recruiting participants for duct leakage testing as a part of a Duct Performance Research Project funded by the Minnesota Department of Commerce.

They will conduct duct performance testing in 60 Minnesota residences with centrally ducted systems to understand the impacts duct performance has on heat pump performance and sizing. The tests will take about 3-4 hours. Your participation will help them improve air source heat pump installations in Minnesota and provide you with valuable information on your duct system and space heating load.

If you're interested, please fill out this survey, and they will contact you with information and any follow-up questions.

This project is supported in whole by a grant from the Minnesota Department of Commerce, Division of Energy Resources through the Conservation Applied Research and Development (CARD) program.
