Solar Technician/Installer - Pitched Roof
Cedar Creek Energy develops, designs, and installs solar and storage systems across the upper Midwest. The company has been in business for over 18 years and provides renewable energy solutions for residential and commercial clients.
$22–$26 per hour
10-hour shifts with a 4-day workweek. Overtime opportunities available.
Work as part of a team of solar installers and electricians. Install roof flashings, attachments, racking, and solar panels on pitched roof projects. Complete wiring of solar arrays at the direction of electricians. Assess and solve problems while working on customer sites and represent the company in a professional way.
Valid Minnesota driver’s license required. Reliable daily transportation to and from the work site required. Must be comfortable using hand and power tools, working on pitched roofs and at heights, reading electrical drawings and blueprints, lifting 50 pounds, crouching, stooping, standing, climbing ladders and stairs, and working independently or as part of a team. 1 year of solar, roofing, or construction experience required.
