GreenCorps 2018

Apply to be a Minnesota GreenCorps Member!

The Minnesota GreenCorps program is a statewide initiative, coordinated by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), to preserve and protect Minnesota’s environment while training a new generation of environmental professionals. The program places AmeriCorps members with host organizations around the state to assist communities and local governments in addressing a variety of statewide needs.

MPCA is looking for 44 individuals to serve with local governments, nonprofits, or educational institutions statewide for a full-time 11 month term, September through August. And CERTs is one of them!

It is important to me to do what I can with the resources I have been given to help make a difference for those who I can. MN GreenCorps lets me get hands-on with the work that will help protect our planet and use my abilities and skills to make a difference. Also, folks that work in sustainability work are generally really cool.
