Primary Duties
- Knowledge of Energy Assistance Program and E-heat system.
- Work with households in crisis and advocate on their behalf.
- Program support and assist EAP Coordinator.
Experience
Applicant must have experience determining eligibility for income based programs and be proficient with data entry. Knowledge and previous experience with web-based data systems preferred. This position requires good communication and organizational skills.
