Welcome, Emily!

The Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs) and our partner, the Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships (RSDP) at University of Minnesota Extension, are delighted to welcome Emily Haeg Nguyen to our team as our new Sustainability Storyteller. Emily will develop stories that highlight the champions and projects inspiring sustainability and clean energy action across Minnesota, and support a variety of RSDP and CERTs communications efforts.

I'm grateful to help underscore the transformative change fueled by RSDP and CERTs in communities across Minnesota. I look forward to telling stories that highlight the outstanding sustainability and clean energy efforts happening regionally. In doing so, we recognize the wider Minnesota community, unified in creating a brighter future for our great state.

About Emily

Emily is passionate about the role stories play in creating community and connections. She earned a B.S. in mass communications and journalism from St. Cloud State University and is pursuing a M.A. in strategic communication from the University of Minnesota. She resides in North St. Paul with her spouse and their rescue pup, Ralphie.
