Salary
This is a full-time exempt salaried (not overtime eligible) position with an expected base annual salary range $90,000 - $115,000 (Depending on Qualifications & Experience).
Primary Duties
- Coordinate with commercial project operations and leadership regarding but not limited to daily goals, tasks tasks, and crew accountability.
- Effectively coordinate with design/estimating, engineering, procurement, construction, and permitting teams.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time and quality project delivery.
- Manage subcontractor contracts, change orders and issue resolutions that arise during their work on site.
- Utilize Salesforce, Smartsheets and NetSuite and other relevant programs to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including permitting and interconnection.
- Maintain regular communication with external stakeholders, including clients, utility representatives, and local authorities.
- Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and documentation for project milestones with our internal teams and external clients.
- Monitor and report preparation of invoices and payments.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the design and estimating team to review job statuses and project timelines.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate unresolvable issues to the Director of Commercial Operations.
- Maintain and manage multiple project schedules, costs (including but not limited to labor and material), and keep projects on track.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Experience
- 3+ years of project management in construction (preferably solar).
- Proficient in Google Suite/Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Calendar, Forms, Docs, Gmail) or related software (preferred).
- Proficient using CRM software, such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, battery storage, and permitting (preferred).
- Understanding of electrical codes and building standards.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors.
- Ability to clearly communicate through multiple channels with internal teams and external stakeholders.
