This webinar will present the findings of the Hennepin County Residential Weatherization and Electrification Action Plan, a year‑long study conducted in partnership with the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE). This study translates the County’s climate goals into project costs and building counts and examines the financial, labor, and emissions implications of weatherizing and electrifying all 1-4 unit homes in the county. It also outlines recommended actions the County can take to advance equitable residential decarbonization.
