Learn how Bloomington’s Time of Sale Energy Disclosure Helps Homebuyers and Sellers

Join us for an upcoming webinar to learn how to make your home more comfortable and energy efficient. Bloomington’s Time of Sale Energy Disclosure program provides every home sold in the city with an energy score. We’ll cover what a home’s energy score means, and how homeowners can use them to identify cost-saving home improvements. We’ll also share how home buyers can use this information to understand how energy efficient a home is when making the purchase.  

The webinar will be presented on Tuesday September 23 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. by the Center for Energy and Environment in partnership with the City of Bloomington.
