In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the development, implementation, and management of cutting-edge energy efficiency initiatives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages program budgets, and identifies innovative solutions to optimize energy usage while aligning with sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Energy Services Representatives in achieving program goals and resource planning requirements.

Conduct research and develop innovative Demand Side Management (DSM) products and services to enhance competitiveness.

Oversee the implementation and management of energy services programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Collaborate with Member utilities to design and deliver energy solutions tailored to their needs.

Promote and market energy services and products effectively to Member utilities and their customers.

Monitor program progress and report on performance metrics to stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to energy conservation and optimization.

Proven experience in energy services, Demand Side Management (DSM), or utility operations.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to direct and support teams remotely.

Expertise in program development, implementation, and performance analysis.

Excellent research and strategic planning abilities.

Knowledge of Minnesota Energy Conservation & Optimization (ECO) Program and energy resource planning is preferred.

4-year degree preferred.
