Join the Southcentral Minnesota Clean Energy Council on Sunday, October 5th from 1-4 pm for our 1st Annual Mankato Area Solar and Energy Efficiency Tour. The goal of this event is to have community members share their home’s solar, energy efficiency, and sustainability stories with neighbors, community members, and businesses to promote the adoption of Solar and other sustainable practices like Air Source Heat Pumps, Electric Vehicles, Pollinator Gardens, and Electric Lawn Mowers!
We will begin and end at LocAle Brewing as we will travel through the community in a car-avan. We will stop at multiple sites across the community for about 30 minutes each. Come prepared with questions about installation processes, how these technologies work, and bring your excitement to make our community a more sustainable place.
