Minnesota Climate Innovation Finance Authority Quarterly Public Meeting

The Minnesota Climate Innovation Finance Authority (MnCIFA) will hold our quarterly public meeting on September 30, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Topic: Strategies and investments by green banks in Colorado, Michigan and within the network of U.S. Green Bank 50 (GB50) members.

12 p.m. – Introduction and speaker presentations:  

Panel of speakers:

• Julie Bennett, CEO of Public Sector Consultants, speaking on her work with Michigan Saves green bank and GB50
• Dave Harris, COO of Collective Clean Energy Fund (Colorado’s green bank)  
• Franz Hochstrasser, Managing Director of Finance of S2 Strategies, and one of the leaders of GB50. 

12:30 p.m. – Roundtable discussion of green financing options and opportunities with GB50 national network and other states.  Attendees will be invited to engage in question-and-answer session with panel of speakers on this topic.

1 p.m. – Roundtable discussion concludes.  General session opens for discussion on any topics.

1:30 p.m. – General session concludes and meeting adjourns.

Depending on discussions during the general session, the meeting may adjourn earlier.
