MnCIFA Quarterly Public Meeting

This meeting will feature conversations with two clients who have received MnCIFA loans in the past year and financing partners on these projects:  

• Sandstone School Workforce Housing – developer Meghan Elliott of New History and Jillpine, joined by Greg Hohlen of MinnWest Bank 
• Carba, Inc. – with Carba CEO Andrew Jones, joined by Jim McDermott of Rusheen Capital Management 

Our goal in sharing client experiences with MnCIFA’s lending processes is to encourage new applications. In mid-February, MnCIFA plans to issue a call for applications, with an emphasis on seeking new projects for green financing in Greater Minnesota.
