Primary Duties

CEE is launching a program in the state of Minnesota that will transform HVAC markets and practices to adopt a highly efficient new product, air-source heat pumps. This program will play a key role in our state achieving a clean energy future. We are seeking a highly organized, self-directed and proactive program coordinator to deliver portions of the program and keep activities moving forward toward reaching our initiatives goals. The ideal candidate will have a background in energy efficiency as well as program planning and implementation. Additionally, ideal candidates should have a combination of superior people skills and a proven track record of effective project management.
 
Responsibilities

  • Play in integral part in the launch of an energy efficiency program designed to accelerate adoption of energy-efficient products.

  • Assist in stakeholder engagement and communication by drafting written communications, crafting program reports and coordinating meetings.

  • Assist in development of training curriculum, training planning and scheduling, partner collaboration and training recruitment.

  • Track program activities and impacts to measure against key performance indicators; provide recommendations on program improvements.

  • Coordinate data collection from utility and market partners to track market trends.

  • Lead development of quarterly and annual reports.

  • Track statewide marketing activities and provide resources and marketing support to program partners.

  • Gather market intelligence and contribute to program strategy development.

  • Assist with program planning, budgeting invoicing and general program management.

  • Play coordination role in other CEE programming as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent years of experience required in relevant field

  • Experience in energy efficiency or related field desired, experience with residential HVAC a bonus

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in coordinator or project management role required

  • Supervisory experience preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills

  • Strong ability to craft clear and compelling deliverables

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and on a variety of tasks

  • Exceptional organization and time management skills and the ability to prioritize

  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Desire to quickly advance and grow into management duties

Working Conditions

  • Some in-state travel, expected to account for about 10% of working hours

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, outcome-driven environment with responsibilities to meet deadlines and program goals
