What We Offer
Dependent on qualifications and experience, we expect the pay range upon hire for this position will be $25.00 - $26.50 per hour.

Typical office hours are flexible, with the bulk of the work being performed between 8:00am - 4:30pm
What You’ll Do
Internal and External Stakeholder Communication
- Conduct outreach with HVAC contractors and distributors
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Present initiative information and updates to key stakeholders
- Capture key needs and action items from meetings, coordinate and ensure follow-up
- Record key contacts and significant engagements in Salesforce
- Support the team by providing relevant information to facilitate collaboration and job functions
Event Logistics, Contractor Network Coordination, and Program Administration
- Plan and organize statewide contractor training and initiative-hosted events
- Coordinate intake and enrollment steps for Preferred Contractor Network participation
- Maintain a database of heat pump equipment eligible for load control
- Annually collect heat pump rebate information from Minnesota utilities statewide
- Assist with initiative planning, budgeting, invoicing, and general coordination
Content Development
- Develop presentations and initiative resources
- Lead development of semi-annual and annual program reports and contribute to development of annual market reports
Analysis
- Collect and lightly analyze initiative data, summarizing results
- Gather market trends and contribute to initiative strategy development
- Track initiative activities and impacts, measure against market progress indicators, and provide recommendations on initiative improvements
Other Duties
- Ongoing learning and development related to heat pump technology, heat pump market and market transformation program design
- Perform other duties as assigned or apparent
Skills & Knowledge We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field required
- 2 years of previous experience in a coordinator or similar role required
- Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to craft clear and compelling deliverables
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and on a variety of tasks
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in sustainable energy or a related field
- Proficiency with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficiency with Salesforce
