Our organizational culture is professional but easy-going, with a deep emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and technical expertise. We're proud to operate in Minnesota, a national leader in clean energy and energy efficiency, and increasingly employ staff across the nation.

CEE launched a statewide market transformation program, called the ETA, in 2023, with committed and growing funding from the State of Minnesota and its utilities. The purpose of this program is to accelerate the development and adoption of emerging energy efficiency technologies, bringing efficiency and electrification technologies and practices more rapidly to scale. With a current size of about 22 staff, we are building and expanding this dream team of talent to grow our market transformation program into a major new source of energy and carbon reduction in the state. The Program Coordinator reports to the ASHP Initiative Manager and is part of the ETA team.
